滚筒直径为66m，长度为35m，宽度为1.2m，毛刷采用尼龙材质，洗袋机由减速机、水泵、滚筒、支架、托轮、喷淋水管、料斗、盖板、水箱、阀门、传动轴、电机架、电气控制开关等一些零部件组成。通过链条由电机链轮带动长轴上链轮，再由过渡轴的链轮和滚筒上的不锈钢链条啮合而使滚筒实现转动。物料进入滚筒后通过喷淋管冲洗以及滚筒翻转滚动达到清洗效果，滚筒下方有水箱，靠近进料的清水水箱，进水管接清水，靠近出料边有污水排出口。

工作原理
洗袋机主要由箱体、滚筒、喷淋管道、电加热装置，调速机、出水装置等主要部分组成，整机采用sus304不锈钢材质制作，*符合国家对食品卫生的需求，滚筒采用高科技进行冲孔，冲孔的标准均匀，内侧安装优质毛刷，毛刷采用安徽名优产品，对于清洗包装袋起到一个不可忽视的作用，为了防止包装袋与包装袋摩擦，防止在清洗的过程中弄破包装袋，我们采用了的设计，不会对包装袋造成二次损坏，为食品厂杜绝了不必要的浪费，收到食品企业用户的*好评，另外该机不用蒸汽加热而是采用电加热，为企业节省了购买锅炉的资金，节省了聘请工人工资。水温一般在30-50摄氏度为宜，个水槽可添加洗涤液和火碱，根据自己的情况选择怎么洗涤，第二个水槽是对清洗过后的包装袋，包装袋表面含有洗涤液进行清洗，为了再装箱过程中方便，快捷，可链接翻转风干机。洗袋机还采用调速机可选用变频调速或者变频调速，水槽内的水是可以循环利用的，为企业节约了水资源的浪费，调速器和齿轮互相对接，使滚筒运转正常，工作完成后，每个水槽外侧均装有防尘出水口，电器采用正泰电器，为了防止受潮，都采用了防水防潮安排，不会造成在工作过程中，出现这些情况。保证洗袋机正常运转。
